Trainer

Hire All - An established Plant Hire company that supplies construction equipment to the industry - is looking for an experienced trainer to join their team.

Purpose of Trainer:

The primary purpose of the Trainer is to assess the skill levels of employees and identify areas where further corporate training is required. The Trainer will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Job Specification Requirements:

• Valid South African License, valid PDP

• Matric / Degree

• Fluent in English – ability to write, speak, and read proficiently.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

• Technical knowledge (an advantage)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions

• Strong organizational skills

• Report writing and content creation skills

• Ability to manage classroom and virtual learning environments effectively

• Facilitation of classes using adult learning principles

• Ability to communicate business principles across various organizational levels

• Process-focused with an understanding of business systems and quality principles

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining a repository of course content

Experience:

• Experience in providing ongoing, new-hire, and ad-hoc training

• Familiarity with various teaching methods and approaches

• Previous experience in developing and delivering course content

• Solid understanding of business systems

• Proven ability to design content based on business processes and technology usage

• Experience in teaching adult business courses

• Proficiency in creating adult business courses

• Knowledge of change management principles

• Experience in document version control
