Red Seal Mechanic

Hire All - an established Plant Hire company that supplies construction equipment to the construction industry - is currently seeking to employ a Creditors Clerk, who will be based at our Head Office in Lanseria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing

• Licensing for all vehicles

• Petty Cash

• Traffic Fines

• Reconciling

• Administration

• Insurance

• Any Ad hoc duties given by managers

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of matric with university entrance

• Accounting qualification

• At least 3 years’ experience as a creditors clerk

• Must have excellent computer skills especially in excel

• Must be trustworthy

• Attention to detail is essential

• Must use their discretion and keep information confidential

• Must have great people management skills

• Must have strong reconciling skills

• Must be adaptable to change
