HR Assistant

Hire All - an established Plant Hire company that supplies construction equipment to the construction industry - is currently seeking to employ an experienced HR Assistant, who will be based at our Head Office in Lanseria.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holding or studying towards any relevant HR diploma or degree

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration in a fast-paced and detailed environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Issues: Responsible for responding and resolving HR queries in a customer-orientated way, including strict adherence to turnaround times and agreed deadline dates.

  • Responsible for keeping the company’s business tools and employee data confidential at all times.

  • Responsible for issuing employment contracts, and all relevant documents that needs to be signed.

  • Responsible for organization starter and exit packs and the administration thereof

  • Provide training on rules and regulations were needed.

  • Payroll: Responsible for providing monthly/fortnightly input to payroll administration in line with finances’ requirements.

  • Payroll: Responsible for monitoring and corrections of all clock ins

  • Payroll: Responsible for inputting of operators hours on Hire All’s internal system. Call operators weekly to get hours from site.

  • Payroll: Collation, import and processing of all information for wages on a fortnightly basis

  • Payroll: Updating of employee details on Dynamic, address, bank account details

  • Payroll: Update all staff leave

  • Operators: Discipline of operators.

  • Operators: Coordinating operators for sites and all requirements for sites are met.

  • Operators: Ensure all medicals and operators certificates are updated at all times.

  • Operators: Clock operators in daily

  • Operators: Manage operator’s absenteeism.

  • Operators: Issuing of uniform.

  • Filing: Responsible for administering and managing all personnel files, manually as well as electronically.
