Technical Call Center Agent

Hire All is looking for a Technical Call Center Representative.

In order for you to be a suitable candidate you must be:
- Have at least 1 year experience as a call center representative.

  • Previous experience in plant hire or knowledge of construction would be a massive benefit.

  • Experience in looking for upcoming tenders will be a huge advantage.

  • Customer focused.

  • Have good communication skills.

  • Be willing to learn new skills.

  • Be detail oriented.

  • Be reliable and trustworthy.

  • Be able to adapt and turn a bad situation into a positive outcome.

  • Be goal orientated.

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for upcoming tenders.

  • Customer service is of high importance.

  • Making or answering calls to clients addressing their needs, issues or complaints.

  • Quickly identifying and assessing these clients worth.

  • Developing a relationship with clients.

  • Customer calls aiming to develop customer relationships and selling addition machines to customers.

  • Helping customers and providing them with a solution to their problems.

  • Providing the customer with recommendations of a different piece of equipment to suit their needs.

  • Responding to website queries and quotations promptly.

  • Showing initiative and drive to want to land new business and grow business.

  • Engaging in active listening with callers.

  • Calling potential new clients to introduce Hire All to them.

  • Following up with clients who previously hired from Hire All and outstanding quotations.

  • Taking part in training to improve product knowledge as well as better the service offered by Hire All.

  • Adhere to all of Hire All’s policies and procedures.
